Life Reflection
Mrs. Helen P. Gamble was born on December 5, 1954, in Florence, South Carolina to the late Pearl Phillips and John McCullough. She was the granddaughter of the late Joseph and Viola Davis. On October 18, 2023, Helen got the call to join the heavenly choir.
She received her education from the Florence District Three Public School system. Then Helen met James Graham the love of her life for over 40 plus years, they have been inseparable. Helen held many jobs and titles throughout her life, but the ones most dear to her was being faithful and loving to her family.
At an early age, Helen accepted the lord as her savior and became a member of Mt. Moriah Baptist Church. She served as a proud member of the choir. Helen was always a loving and giving person. She will be truly missed by many.
Helen was preceded in death by her parents, Pearl Phillips and John McCullough. Her grandparents Joseph and Viola Davis.
Her beautiful life will forever be cherished in the lives of her loving family: The love of her life James Graham of the home, Her five loving children: Johnathan (Sue) Gamble, Jennifer (Jason) McKenzie, Sabrina (Myron) Gamble, Andre (Latoya) Smith, and Jareea (Sakeith Singletary.
Her devoted grandchildren: Trayonna, Tybriaja, Kayla, Ranejah, Semaj, Jason, Serenity, Jakria, Janiyah, Shykeria.
Two sisters: Christie McCray and Amie Childs. One special niece, Ms. Tangie Houston. A host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
