Naomi Fulmore, affectionately known as "Nee or Veemi," was born January 4, 1958 to the late Ruttie Fulmore and Mary Butler Fulmore in Florence County, South Carolina. She attended the I.W. Canupp Center for special needs for many years until she became ill. Naomi was a member of Central Believers Holiness Church in Lake City, SC. She was a loving sister, aunt, cousin, daughter, and friend. Nee had such an affectious personality. She was especially known within her family for her laugh, her ongoing love for dolls, her play with wire clothes hangers, her smile and her love for children.
Naomi transitioned to her heavenly home to join her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and her loved ones, who preceded her in death on Friday, August 25, 2023. She was preceded in death by her parents, Ruttie and Mary Fulmore; her four brothers, Herbert Lee Fulmore, James Fulmore, Julious Fulmore and Mack Fulmore; Two sisters, Betty Best and Rose Marie Barr; two nieces, Terri Fulmore and Barbara Fulmore.
Those left to cherish her precious memories are: her loving sister of the home, Connie Fulmore (Calvin) whom took care of her for 20 years until her death;

laws, Marian Fulmore of Fort Lauderdale, FL, and Ruby Fulmore of Fort Lauderdale, FL; 1 special nephew that was reared in the home Rodric Fulmore, also known as little brother and a great host of nieces, nephews , cousins, as well as many other relatives.
