Life Reflection 

On Thursday, August 17, 2023 Shakel TaQuan Washington (Kel) left us with sadness and tears but laughter and love.

Kel was born May 9, 2000 to Chauncell Fulmore in Florence County, SC.

Kel graduated from Lake City High School in

2018. He went on to attend Allen University and then enlisted in the United States Army.

Kel enjoyed listening to music, dancing and playing the PS4 with his family. He was a comedian and had a joke for any situation. To know him was to love him.

He joined Mega Force Ministries at an early age.

He left to cherish his memories his mother, Chauncell (Benjamin) Fulmore; two sisters:

Zykia and Kamille Fulmore of Lake City, SC; five brothers: Daquarius Nesmith, Demarius, Demetrius, Dantrell and Dylan Graham of Florence, SC; grandmother, Aquilla Graham of the home; grandfather, Jonathan Graham of Lake City, SC; aunt, Alice (Billy) Peterson of Lake City, SC; uncle, Walter (Meranda) Washington of Lake City, SC; special friends:

Shakiyla Washington, Quaneshia Washington, Jaquavion Goodrum, Queen McFadden, and Princess Washington; three great uncles; one great aunt; and a host of other family and friends.
